Rare Sporting Series Mug by Arthur Wood Baseball Scene Made in England 1930 - 1940
Up for auction is a Rare Sporting Series Mug by Arthur Wood with baseball colored illustrations of a batter and catcher on one side and the pitcher on the other.  Gold-colored trim. No chips or cracks. Gold trim is rubbed off in some places and crazing is consistent with it's age of almost 80 years.  What's nice is the crazing is uniform, which in my opinion, adds to the look and age of the mug! (view photos)  Measures 5" tall. 

Due to the book value of this mug, I am personally insuring at no extra cost to the buyer.  This item will be shipped double boxed for added protection.
